Check-ins

How to set up automated client check-ins

Create a recurring wellness survey and assign it to clients so soreness, sleep, and energy answers arrive automatically between sessions.

Last updated 2026-06-12

Check-ins are recurring surveys that land in the client's app on a schedule you choose. Answers arrive the moment a client taps send, so you know how everyone feels before they walk in.

  1. 1

    Build a survey

Go to Surveys and choose New survey. Add questions — sliders for soreness or energy, scales for sleep, or free text — or generate a starting point with AI and edit from there.

    Set a recurring schedule

In the survey's schedule options, choose recurring and pick a cadence (for example, every Monday). You can also trigger surveys after a specific workout instead of on a fixed day.

  3. 3

    Assign to clients

Assign the survey to individual clients or your whole roster. Their answers flow into the client's profile and your dashboard, flagged when sleep, energy, or soreness slip.
