How to run a live coaching session
Start a session from an assigned workout, log sets live with rest timers and prefilled loads, then complete it — synced to the client app in real time.

A live session lets you log a workout set by set while you coach it on the floor. Everything syncs to the client's app in real time, and you can run several sessions at once — useful for small-group or back-to-back clients.

Start the session
Open the client, go to the assigned workout you want to run, and press Start Session. A full-screen coaching view opens with the exercise list, a set table, and a rest-timer bar. If a session is already running, the button reads Resume Session instead.

Log sets as they happen
For each set, enter the actual reps, weight, and RPE, then mark it complete. To save typing:
- Prefill pulls last session's load for that exercise so you only adjust what changed.
- The rest timer starts automatically and shows what's up next; tap Skip Rest to move on early.
- Coaching more than one client? Switch between up to six concurrent sessions, or minimise a session to a floating bar while you work elsewhere in the dashboard.

Complete and review
When training ends, press Complete Session. Add a workout rating, where they trained, whether a coach was present, and any notes, then confirm. You land on the session detail page where you can review every set, compare against history, and leave feedback the client sees in their app.
