How to assign a workout to a client

Step-by-step: pick or build a workout, customise sets and loads for the client, and assign it so it syncs straight to their app.

Last updated 2026-06-13

Assigning a workout pushes a program to a client's phone, where they can train through it with rest timers, prefilled loads, and your notes. You can assign a saved template or build a one-off program for a single client.

  1. 1

Open the client and choose a workout

Go to Clients, open the client, and select Assign workout. Pick one of your saved templates, or choose New workout to build a one-off program for this client.

  2. 2

    Customise sets, loads, and rest

Adjust reps, weight, tempo, rest, and RPE per set. Use Bulk apply to set rest or RPE across every exercise at once, and group movements into supersets where needed. Add notes or a demo video to any exercise.

Optionally set a target number of completions and a training phase, then press Assign. The workout appears in the client's app immediately, and any later edits you make sync automatically.
