Clients rarely quit in one go. They miss a week, then train less, then stop replying. The overview sorts your clients by how they've trained over the last eight weeks, so you see who to contact while a message still helps.

  1. Open the overview

Go to Overview. The top shows today: sessions, Needs you (messages and requests waiting) and what's next. Switch between My clients and Whole studio at the top right.

  2. Find the clients to check in with

Scroll to clients to check in with. Every client is in one group:

    GroupMeans
Check inNo workout for 8 to 13 days, training less than usual, or irregular and 5 days since the last workout. A message now is most likely to get them back.
On trackTrained most weeks of the last eight, at about their usual rate.
IrregularTwo or more empty weeks out of the last eight, but trained in the last 5 days.
Gone quietNo workout for 14 days or more, but trained in the last 12 weeks. A call or a session offer works better than a message.
Not startedJoined in the last 30 days and hasn't finished a first workout.
InactiveNothing in 12 weeks, or never trained. Check whether their membership should continue.

Each client shows what changed, their next booking and when you last spoke.

The clients to check in with card in Trainnode: Femke Bakker in Check in, missed 9 days, booked for Wednesday, with a Message button.
  3. Send a message

Choose Message next to a client to send a message in their conversation. Message all writes to everyone in the group at once; Trainnode asks you to confirm first.

Keep it personal and easy to answer: "Hi Femke, missed you last week. Still good for Wednesday at 11?" works better than a reminder about the plan.
