Recurring memberships and one-off payments run through your own Mollie account, in the same place as their training. Trainnode takes a flat €0.15–€0.25 per payment — never a percentage of what you charge.

Every member, what they pay, and whether it went through.

Set up membership packages once and sign clients up with an invitation link. Collections run on schedule; a failed payment shows on the member, not in a bank export you read at the end of the month.

Fees

A flat fee per payment, so growing doesn’t cost you more per member.

Trainnode charges €0.15–€0.25 per successful payment depending on the method, excluding VAT. The same fee applies to a €49 membership and a €890 year up front. Mollie’s own processing fee comes on top, at Mollie’s rates, and payouts go straight to your account.

If you already collect through Mollie, Trainnode finds your existing subscriptions, matches them to clients and packages, and moves them across with their mandates and next payment dates intact. Nobody re-enters bank details and nothing lapses in between.

Frequently asked questions

What does it cost to take payments through Trainnode?
A flat fee per successful payment, excluding VAT: €0.15 for direct debit, €0.18 for iDEAL, €0.25 for card, €0.25 for bank transfer. Mollie charges its own processing fee on top, at its published rates. There is no percentage of revenue.
Do I need a Mollie account?
Yes — payments run through your studio’s own Mollie account, which you connect from the dashboard. Payouts go directly from Mollie to you.
Which countries can take payments?
Studios billing in the Netherlands, or elsewhere in the EU with a VAT ID. Coaching, booking and everything else in Trainnode work anywhere.
I already have members paying me. Do they have to re-sign?
Not if you collect through Mollie today. Existing subscriptions import with their mandates and next payment dates intact, so nobody re-enters bank details.
