Client consistency

One weekly score that tells you who’s on track — and who needs a nudge.

Momentum turns each client’s weekly habits — workouts, steps, check-ins, weight logs, and more — into a single score, weighted the way you coach. It’s scored from data they already log, so you see who’s slipping before check-in day instead of after they’ve gone quiet.

One score

Every habit that matters, weighted into one number.

Pick the behaviors this client should hit each week and how much each one counts. Trainnode rolls them into a Strong, Building, or Low score, flags the single next action, and shows exactly which habit is dragging — so a quick glance replaces scrolling five separate goals.

Choose behaviors per client — workouts, steps, protein, sleep, check-ins, weight logs, cardio, and more

From real data

Scored from what they log — not another form to fill in.

Momentum counts completed workouts, logged metrics, finished check-ins, and cardio automatically. Steps, weight, and sleep can sync read-only from Apple Health, and thresholds like “steps ≥ 10k” or “protein ≥ 150g” only count the days they actually hit — so the score is honest without anyone doing extra work.

Stay ahead

Catch a slip before it becomes a drop-off.

A falling Momentum score is your earliest signal that a client is disengaging. It shows up on their profile and across your roster, so you can send a message or adjust the plan while it still matters — and clients see the same score in their app, turning consistency into something they can chase.

Frequently asked questions

What is a Momentum score?
It’s a single 0–100% score of how well a client is keeping up with the weekly habits you set for them. You choose the behaviors and how much each one counts, and Trainnode scores them from real logged data into a Strong, Building, or Low tier.
Which habits can Momentum track?
Completed workouts, working-set volume for a specific exercise, logged metrics like weight or waist, threshold targets like steps ≥ 10k or protein ≥ 150g, completed recurring check-ins, and Apple Health cardio workouts. Mix any of them into one plan per client.
How is the score calculated?
Each behavior is worth a number of points based on the importance you give it. A behavior earns its share of points in proportion to how much of its weekly target the client hit, and the score is total points earned divided by total possible points over the window you set — 7 days by default.
Do clients have to log anything extra?
No. Momentum reads the data clients already generate — workouts they complete, metrics they log, check-ins they finish — plus anything synced read-only from Apple Health. There’s no separate habit tracker to maintain.
Do clients see their Momentum score?
Yes. The same score, breakdown, and next action appear in the client’s mobile app, including a compact strip on their home screen, so consistency becomes something they can see and chase between sessions.
