Before you start:iPhone and Android app

When you finish a workout, the app makes a share card for you straight away. It shows your workout, your numbers and your studio’s name. Post it as it is, or change how it looks first.

  1. Share right after your workout

At the top of the workout summary you'll see Your card is ready. Tap Story to open it in your Instagram story, WhatsApp to send it to someone, or Save to keep it in your photos.

If you scroll down, Share card stays at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Pick a look

Tap Edit or Share card to open the card. Swipe the card left or right to pick a look:

    • Record: your new personal record, big. You get this one first when you set a record.
    • Photo: a photo with your workout name and numbers.
    • Figures: your time, volume, sets and records.
    • Sticker: a small card to put on top of your own story photo.
    • Log: every exercise and set, like a training log.

Tap Story or Post at the top for the shape Instagram needs.

  3. Change the background

Tap Background. Photos opens on pictures that fit the workout you just did, and you can browse Strength, Conditioning, Mobility, Studio and Details. Yours has the photos you took during the workout, plus your camera and photo library. Colour has plain backgrounds in your studio's colours.

Tap Selfie to take a photo for the card.

  4. Choose what's on the card

Tap On the card to choose what goes on the look you're on. It only offers what that look can show. On Record you pick which records appear (three on a story, two on a post) and tap Feature next to the one that should go big. On Log you pick the exercises (eight on a story, four on a post), and the Figures story lists three. Every look lets you choose its numbers and turn your coach's name or your studio's name on or off. Looks with room for it also show your note.

  5. Send it

Tap Story, WhatsApp, Save, Copy or More. More opens your phone's share options.
